Kyros Goods Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Kyros Goods, we are committed to ensuring your luxury acquisitions arrive in pristine condition and with the highest level of security.
1. Handling & Processing
- Quality Preparation: Each order undergoes a rigorous quality check and is set in protective packaging.
- Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 4 PM ET] or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
All shipments include comprehensive tracking.
- Complimentary Concierge Shipping: Free ground/standard shipping for all domestic orders or orders over $375
- Crafted to Order: Each Kyros piece is prepared and quality-checked before shipment. Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days, depending on availability and destination. We believe exceptional goods are worth the wait.
- Faster Shipping/Priority Processing: Select items may be eligible for priority processing at checkout. Availability and delivery times vary by product.

3. Security & Delivery Requirements
- Signature Confirmation: For your protection, some Kyros Goods deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival. We cannot waive this requirement for high-value items.
- Restricted Addresses: Due to security protocols and carrier limitations, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
4. International Shipping
We provide worldwide delivery via premium carriers such as DHL or FedEx.
- Duties & Taxes: International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) For DDP orders, all applicable customs duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout to ensure seamless delivery.
- Customs Compliance: All international shipments include formal customs declarations and necessary documentation (e.g., CITES for exotic leathers).
- Regional Updates (2026): Please note that shipments from certain regions (e.g., China or Hong Kong) are now subject to updated formal customs entry procedures regardless of value.
5. Order Tracking & Support
- Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct link to track your package.

6. Delivery Issues
- Missing or Damaged Items: In the rare event of a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will initiate an immediate investigation with the carrier and provide a resolution
